We want you to be pleased with your SkinnyShirt. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may receive credit for your purchase when it is presented in a saleable condition within 30 days. Simply follow the guidelines below:

• Full priced merchandise presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price.

 

• Refunds on returns will only be applied to original form of payment. We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. SkinnyShirt is not responsible for any packages lost during the return process if tracking is not available.

 

• If an item you want to exchange is not available (and your merchandise is in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase) we will credit your account based on current selling price.

 

• Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

Return or Exchange requests should be done online.  Log into your account and click completed orders in the left menu under my account.  Find the item in the order you would like to return or exchange and click the return button on the right side.  Follow the return request directions.  You will receive an email confirmation with detailed packing instructions.

If you have placed an order prior to June 10th, please contact SkinnyShirt for your Return or Exchange.
